Prado explains why he didn’t race French MXGP qualifying race

Jorge Prado has explained why he (along with Gajser, Seewer, Coldenhoff, Jonass and more) didn’t participate in the MXGP qualifier at a wet Ernee today.

“Today we have made a difficult decision because the track was impassable after the storm and it was very dangerous for just one qualifying round. Sometimes you have to take complicated measures, but I think they are right. I feel very bad for the public. Everything is for the good of motocross.”

Henri Jacobi would win the race and will go to the line first tomorrow, saying after, “I made it look not so difficult,” in reference to the conditions, in what could be an exciting GP with some of the top factory riders coming from poor gate picks.
