MXGP of Oss statement – permit issues

The organisers behind the MXGP of Oss have released a statement after being removed from the MXGP 2022 World Championship calendar and they’ve revealed the issue is due to permit issues.

They are working to try and resolve the issue so there is still a chance Oss can hold an MXGP race – if not this year then hopefully in the future.

“Despite the 5-year agreement that we have concluded with Infront Motor Racing and the municipality of Oss, we are very sorry to announce that there are permit problems regarding the organization of the MXGP on the Witte Ruysheuvel in Oss. This has nothing to do with visitor numbers or rules regarding Corona. We are and will continue to talk with the municipality of Oss and hope for a solution. As soon as there is more news to report, it will be online via our Social Media channels and this website.
