After racing selected rounds of the AMA Nationals last year, British based team, SC Sport Homes Husqvarna are currently in America to start their American adventure this year starting with the Southwick National taking place this weekend.
The team have agreed a deal with John Adamson to race the 450cc class and the team will also contest four other rounds of the series – Spring Creek, Budds Creek, Unadilla and Iron Man. Adamson who races in the UK with ASA United GasGas will still be with the team in the UK but they’ve agreed to let him race the AMA Nationals for SC Sport Homes Husqvarna in what will be a great experience.
Jörgen-Matthias Talviku who recently just returned from injury, will also be racing the Nationals in the 250cc class and will be hoping to impress. Charlie Putnam will also be in action for the team as well.
“Excited to get out there and get tore in. I’m a USA virgin so it will all be new to me but looking forward to it all. Thanks to obviously Clinton and Neil for the opportunity and for Lee for allowing me to go. I am going to soak the experience up and hopefully come away with some respectable results”, Adamson told GateDrop.com.
