Jezyk KTM sign up EMX riders

Jezyk Racing Team is pleased to announce that David and Juan Izaguirre will be part of their structure during the 2022 season.

Following the renewal of Alex Gamboa (Spanish MX1) , the return of Gerard Congost (EMX250) and the entry of Mauro Osinalde (EMX125), the structure of Carlos Morchón have attracted more young talents in the form of the Izaguirre brothers.

David will jump into the 125cc category in which he will compete the Spanish and EMX125 Championship with the aim of fighting against the best of the continent in an ever highly competitive competition. On his part, Juan, who is just twelve years old, has finished the season as vice champion of Spain 65cc, champion of Madrid in 85cc Youth and had a very good performance in the Junior World Cup finishing in the tenth position after finishing fourth in an ex extraordinary first race in Greece. For the upcoming season, Juan’s calendar will focus on the National and some European 85cc races.

Carlos Morchón: “The truth is that we are very proud to have been able to close the signing of these two riders with such a good trajectory. David and Juan, despite their short age, have proven to be authentic professionals both on and off the track, which is something we focus on when opening the doors of our structure. The whole technical staff of Jezyk is happy to be able to work elbow to elbow with two talents and, for sure, we will grow together with them.”

David Izaguirre: “I’m very excited to be able to start this new stage in 125cc under the Jezyk structure. Next season we will work to give the best in the National and European. I’ve just been with them for a few days and I already feel like home.”

Juan Izaguirre: “I am very happy to start being part of the Jezyk structure. I have a very good relationship with Carlos, who has already been supporting me the whole 2021 season. I’m also happy with my teammates, whom I know for a long time. Next season I debut in 85cc and I’m looking forward to giving my best at the National and European.”
