Hakon Fredriksen and Riley Racing have received disappointing news last Wednesday. The lower arm of Fredriksen, which he injured at the end of last year, isn’t healed because of an infection on the bone.

Fredriksen needs surgery to fix the problem and will be out for at least three months. Due to this he will miss the start of the season.

This setback means that Riley Racing will travel to the first few Grand Prix’s with only Joel Rizzi. His preparation is going well and he is ready to start racing soon. He will do his first pre season race at the Hawkstone Park International at the 26th of February followed by the Dutch MX Season Opener at Lierop, a week later!
