Jan Pancar put in the third quickest time with championship leader, Romain Febvre fourth.
Jeremy Seewer rounded out the top five on his Ducati with Jeffrey Herlings sixth.
In MX2, Kay de Wolf set the pace on his Nestaan Husqvarna machine. Sacha Coenen was second fastest but less than half a second off the pace.
Simon Längenfelder was third fastest over Liam Everts with Mathis Valin rounding out the top five.
