Francesco Bellei is the latest addition to the Dreams Racing team for 2024. The boy, born in 2008, member of the Talenti Azzurri of the Italian Motocross National Team and of the Fiamme Oro, will compete in the EMX125 championship, Internazionali d’Italia, Rookies Cup and some races in MX2 of the Italian Prestige, riding the new KTM SX 125 2024.
Bellei joins Alessandro Gaspari under the teams awning for the 2024 season in a strong rider line up for the EMX125 class.
Mirko Stocco: We are very happy to have included Francesco in our team, the boy is part of the Fiamme Oro and is also a member of the Talenti Azzurri of the national team, we hope that this is a good omen for the start of a collaboration with the national team ! If I had to describe Francesco’s driving style, I would define him as a “Dragonfly”, a boy of just 15 years old with an impeccable driving style. I think that pairing him with Alessandro Gaspari is a winning choice, as both are young, fast and promising riders and I am sure that they will stimulate each other to improve more and more. To date I think I have put together the strongest pairing of 125cc riders in Italy, and I am also confident in the relationship with Francesco’s father, Roberto, who will follow his son in every way, with the help of our mechanic Paolo and Max Massignani who will follow the boys’ training full time!
Francesco Bellei: I chose Dreams Racing because I find it to be a very professional team and their program for the 2024 season stimulated me a lot. For next year we will participate in the entire European 125 and also in all the national competitions, trying to reach as high as possible. I have already done some training with my new teammates, with whom I already feel comfortable, obviously I also met all the rest of the team staff and they immediately put me at ease, as if I were at home. I also felt good with the bike, now let’s get on with the winter preparation!
