Fantic MX2 GP plans revealed at the EICMA

We reported back in August that it was rumoured the SM Action KTM team would be making the switch to run the Factory Fantic MX2 setup in 2024 and that was recently confirmed.

The team have unveiled their rider line up for the 2024 season at the EICMA show in Milan and it’s been revealed they’ll run two MX2 GP riders as well as an EMX250 rider.

David Braceras and Kay Karssemakers have agreed a deal with the team to race the MX2 World Championship in 2024 with the Italian based team. Braceras had a solid rookie MX2 GP season this year with F&H Kawasaki whilst Karssemakers contested the EMX250 season with the BT Husqvarna team and had a strong season.

Alexis Fueri was an EMX250 rookie this year and will remain with Fantic for his second year in the class making the move from Maddii Racing to the SM Action who will run official Fantic setup in 2024.

We are still awaiting for the official press statement but will bring it to you as soon as possible.
