The Wild Cat Race Team is pleased to announce the arrival of Evan Ferry to our crew for his AMA Pro Motocross rookie season.
Stepping up from the amateur ranks, where he enjoyed success with wins in Supercross Futures, and taking titles at the Loretta Lynn Amateur Nationals in 2020, Ferry already made his Supercross debut in the 250SX East Coast. Unfortunately, a shoulder injury early during the second round put him sidelined for the rest of the season. Now fully recovered, the 19-year-old is ready to hit the track with the Wild Cat Race Team for his outdoors rookie season.
We are glad to say it was love at first sight for Ferry once he tried our GasGas MC 250F by Twisted Development and HGS Exhaust.
“Super excited to be apart of this awesome team! Feeling comfortable on the bike and everyone around me. Looking forward to getting behind the gate and getting some experience with the pro guys. See everyone at Pala!”
Meanwhile, Lorenzo Locurcio, team owner and rider, will return to the 450 class after a great summer last year when he finished in the Top 10 three times before getting injured.
“We are excited to welcome Evan to the team, we are looking forward to what he can do under our structure, we’ll have a good season and look forward to get it started May 25th” stated Lorenzo, team owner of Wild Cat Race Team.
At the same time, the team is also looking for another 450 rider that will be announced soon. Follow @wildcat.raceteam on Instagram and stay tuned for more news!
