Racing in the United States has long been a dream for many aspiring motocross riders, and for Valentin Guillod, that dream is now becoming a reality.
The Swiss rider is set to take on the 2025 AMA Pro Motocross Championship, embracing a new chapter filled with fresh challenges, experiences, and opportunities.
“#992 let’s go! AMA Pro Motocross. A dream come true to race here. It will be a great experience with 11 new tracks, new peoples and a new lifestyle. My collarbone is getting better but my physical strength and speed isn’t there yet. I will take it step by step and don’t rush it. Thanks to the peoples who help me in this new adventure.”
After recovering from a collarbone injury, Guillod is focusing on steady progression rather than chasing instant results. With a realistic mindset, he’s determined to adapt to the unfamiliar American circuits and culture, all while working back to full fitness. Eleven new tracks and a completely different lifestyle await, but the passion and commitment to make it work are clear.
Guillod has managed to secure support from the Rock River Racing team for the full series.
As the season unfolds, all eyes will be on how Guillod performs against the best in America. It’s a new adventure for the experienced Swiss rider — one built on resilience, patience, and the pursuit of a lifelong dream.
