Confirmed: Mathys Boisrame to contest two AMA Pro Motocross rounds in 2026

French talent Mathys Boisrame will once again take his racing programme across the Atlantic in 2026, with confirmation that he will line up for two rounds of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship later this summer.

Boisrame, who primarily focuses on the MX2 French Elite Championship, is enjoying another strong campaign at home. He currently sits third in the standings and is just one point shy of Jake Cannon, underlining yet again his consistency at the front of the field and building on his status as a former national champion.

A return to the United States

This will not be Boisrame’s first taste of American motocross. In 2025, he made his AMA Pro Motocross debut, contesting two rounds at Ironman and Unadilla. Across those four motos, he delivered finishes of 18-27-15-18, gaining valuable experience in what was a completely new racing environment for the French rider.

While the results were outside the top group, the focus at the time was clearly on adaptation—different tracks, deeper fields, and the intensity of the American series all forming part of a steep learning curve.

Pala and High Point on the 2026 schedule

For 2026, Boisrame will step back into the AMA paddock for another two-round stint, this time lining up at the first two rounds of the series. He will race at Fox Raceway in Pala, California, followed by High Point Raceway.

The move gives him another opportunity to measure himself against full-time AMA competition, this time with the benefit of prior experience already under his belt. Having completed a full American race weekend before, he will arrive with a clearer understanding of both the format and expectations.

Building experience on the global stage

For Boisrame and his team, the programme continues to be about development as much as results. Exposure to the AMA Pro Motocross Championship offers a different level of intensity and track variety compared to the French series, something that can only benefit his progression.

After a solid debut outing last year, expectations will naturally be higher this time around—but so too will his confidence heading into the trip.

The 737 Performance KTM team confirmed the news with the following announcement:

USA, we’re coming back! After an incredible first experience in 2025 where Mathys Boisrame competed in two AMA Motocross events, the adventure is continuing even stronger this year! This season, Mathys will line up at two rounds of the AMA Motocross Championship: Pala Raceway and Hangtown.
