Confirmed: Joel Rizzi signs with Riley Yamaha

It has finally been confirmed that Joel Rizzi has agreed a deal for the 2022 season. The Riley Racing Yamaha team have decided to snap up the young Brit for the upcoming season. 

After a year racing the MX2 World Championship, Rizzi will focus on the EMX250 series in 2022 and hope to be a front runner in the competitive class. 

“Happy to announce that we have signed an agreement with Joel Rizzi for the 2022 season. Joel will join William Kleemann in the EMX250 class and besides William he has Tim Edberg and Brent van Doninck32 his team mates. We started testing already and we are looking forward to a great season”, the team stated on social media. 

“Super happy to announce I have joined Riley Racing Yamaha the hard work with the team has started and can’t wait for the season to start”, Rizzi stated.
