Cole McCullough and GRT part ways for 2022

After a very successful first full season, competing in the British championship and MX Nationals series, the young up and coming Northern Ireland teenager, Cole McCullough has split with GRT Holeshot KTM for next season.

McCullough, 13, notched up the teams first ever British championship race win at the opening round in Culham at round one, and also won the teams first National championship after lifting the 85cc MX Nationals title, winning 16 out of the 18 races he competed in.

“I would like to thank Liam Ulett at Holeshot motocross, WP Suspension, Jon, Dan and Kelly at GRT for their help and support this year.
My plans and goals for 2022 were slightly different to the teams, therefore my dad and mechanic, who manage all my racing, decided to part ways with the team for next year”, McCullough told GateDrop.com.

“I would also like to thank all the companies and individuals who are associated with the team, and supported me throughout the season. My preparation for 2022 is already well underway, thanks to my mechanic Davy Dickson for all his hard work, my new program is going very well. I will still be on KTM machinery and look forward to the challenges that lie ahead for me. Thanks to Dale Mcilveen from Milwaukee tools, Oakley Riders UK, GoggleTek, Nutt travel and AMC Joinery for their continued support”, concluded McCullough.
