Italian rider, Alessandro Valeri had the opportunity to race the MX2 World Championship with Racestore KTM this year but will be with the LB Racing team for the 2024 season. Valeri knows the team well as he raced for them before his opportunity at Racestore KTM.
Riding the KTM, Valeri will contest the Internazionali d’Italia MX in MX1, then will move on to MX2 for the entire Italian Pro Prestige, at least six MX2 World Championship rounds and some Regionale Marche FMI tests.
Great satisfaction also expressed by team manager Lorenzo Bonvecchi: “I’m really happy to be able to continue with Alessandro. Next year will be the fifth year of our collaboration and the plans for him are becoming more and more ambitious. He will start training with the 450 to move on, after the Internationals, to the 250 to face the rest of the season. Together we will try to improve this year’s results and in addition we have already identified six world championship races that we can contest in 2024. We hope to be able to do a good job to raise the colours of the LB racing team!”.
