Qualifying results: AMA Supercross RD2 – San Diego

There was an issue with the first 450SX qualifying at San Diego with the transponders not working so the organisers decided to extend Q2 by an extra three minutes. However, it was a disruptive session with two red flags involving Mitchell Oldenburg and Austin Forkner – hopefully both are okay.

Eli Tomac took pole ahead of Jorge Prado in a KTM 1-2! Prado continues to impress. Roczen put in a good lap for third on his Suzuki.

In the 250SX class, it was Levi Kitchen who set the pace in the first session but Haiden Deegan bounced back in Q2 to take pole position but the times are very close between the top three.

Max Anstie had a better Q2 to go fifth in qualifying.
