Eighteen-year-old Tuscan rider Brando Rispoli will line up alongside Frenchman Alexis Fueri in the Beta MRT Racing team for the EMX250 European Championship, riding the Beta RX 250 2T.

Brando (former 65cc European Champion in 2018 and, in the same year, third overall in the Junior World Championship in Australia) made his debut in the EMX250 European Championship last season (2025). He started well with a sixth place in race one in the mud at Cozar (Spain), but during the year an injury forced him to miss five rounds, leaving him outside the top twenty in the championship standings.

Brando Rispoli said:

“I’m feeling good physically now and I’ve started riding again. I’ve tested the Beta 250 two-stroke on different types of tracks and I really liked it. I’m happy to be joining the MRT Racing team; we’ve already done some testing and I’m very optimistic for the season. The race plan is to compete in the two rounds of the Internazionali d’Italia in February, then the full EMX250 European Championship which will start in Spain in March. I’m working hard to be fully fit.”

Elio Marchetti (Team Manager) added:

“With the addition of Brando Rispoli, our European Championship line-up is now complete: an ‘experienced’ rider like Alexis Fueri, who already stood on the podium last season, and a promising young Italian rider in his first year on the 250. Both are already hard at work. For us, returning to working with younger riders in the European Championship is an important project.”
