Valentin Kees is currently pausing his immediate preparation for the 2026 season due to a toe injury he sustained during a training stay in the Netherlands. His recovery is progressing as planned, and he is expected to resume training again shortly.

The goals for the 2026 season are clearly defined: the main focus is on achieving a top-three finish in the ADAC MX Youngster Cup. Due to the applicable age limit, Valentin will also compete in selected MX2 races, with a clear emphasis on events in Germany.

Herbert Kosak, Team Owner:

“Valentin will start his ninth season with us in 2026. We are consistently working on his development, and the clear goal is a top-three result in the Youngster Cup.”

Kevin Gödderz, Team Manager:

“Valentin is a true core rider of our team, and working with him is a real pleasure. He trains together with Roan van de Moosdijk in the Netherlands under former MXGP rider Marc de Reuver. Marc is a very direct and demanding coach, but he knows exactly what it takes to succeed in this sport. We are really looking forward to the 2026 season.”

With the contract extension of Valentin Kees, the Kosak Racing Team once again underlines its commitment to developing young talents on a long-term basis and leading them successfully to the top level, both nationally and internationally.
