Video: Geerts on the 450 ahead of MXoN
Jago Geerts has already tried to move on from his crushing MX2 title disappointment by getting ont he 450 Yamaha ahead of his big bike debut at the MXoN – it might just be the best thing for Jago to have a new focus in the aftermath of Turkey.
Jago said: “I want to let you know that I’m doing well and I’m already working on a new chapter, the Motocross of Nations.👍 To prepare myself for the Nations I started riding the MXGP FACTORY YAMAHA yesterday. Thanks to Yamaha and Louis Vosters for making this possible.”
Team Belgium have a pretty strong line-up for Red Bud 2022 with Geerts on the 450 alongside Jeremy Van Horebeek, for his last pro race, and then 250 mounted Liam Everts who got quicker and quicker as the season went on in an impressive debut MX2 Grand Prix season.
