Haiden Deegan was leading his heat race early from Tom Vialle and Hunter Lawrence until this mistake saw Deegan finish fourth, then point back at Jo Shimoda over the finish line after Shimoda ran it in hot on Deegan in the final turn!
Hunter took the win from Vialle in second:

Deegan explained the crash to us in the press conference, saying: “Today, I had the lead and was riding well, scrubbed the jump a little too hard and hit the shifter, went into neutral and biffed it. But we got up quick and got back on the track, main goal was to make sure we got in the main and didn’t have to go to the LCQ or anything like that.”
