Ken Roczen continued the momentum from his win on Saturday by going fastest in practice two tenths of a second ahead of rival Eli Tomac.
Championship leader Roczen said: “The track is going to get rutted. I’m having fun out there, that’s the most important and bring the Same focus and intensity we did on Saturday. I feel like I ride my best when I just enjoy myself and enjoy the process of the trying to get back to the top.”
In the 250 class it was a shootout between Colt Nichols and Jett Lawrence. Nichols went fastest as Jett crashed in the whoops and ended up walking away with a bloody nose – but his best time before the crash was good enough for second fastest.
