Supercross results: Arlington 2 – Tomac fastest in qualifying!

The mind games started again in Q2 with Cooper Webb and Ken Roczen after Ken appeared to have the holeshot when they dropped the gate for the second session only for Webb making sure to push his way up the inside of Roczen and take the lead, with Cooper showing no ill effects of his crash in the first qualifying session!

Jeremy McGrath said he feels that Webb is abusing Roczen and the German needs to start standing up for himself and punt Webb back and not always ride so clean.

Webb went quicker than Roczen by two tenths but it was Eli Tomac who went fastest again with the Kawasaki rider loving the track tonight and really looking comfortable and purposeful out there. It has the potential to be a brilliant main event with Justin Barcia also looking fantastic!

Fastest 250 qualifier Justin Cooper also made an aggressive move on Cameron McAdoo at the start of the 250 Q2 but McAdoo, unlike Roczen, McAdoo put a move back on Cooper to show he isn’t going to take any bullying out there!
