Cooper Webb topped the times in Q1 at Arlington by three tenths of a second over title rival Ken Roczen and Webb looked great doing it, pulling a huge whip as he crossed the line to celebrate and underline how good he feels on the track. Justin Cooper was fastest in the 250 class as he zeros in in getting the Red plate back.
