Roan van de Moosdijk will make the move up to the MXGP World Championship in 2024 after aging out of the MX2 World Championship. The Dutch talent has signed with the Factory Fantic team and will partner Glenn Coldenhoff.
However, his MXGP debut is going to have to wait after picking up an injury at Hawkstone International.
Van de Moosdijk picked up a knee injury that will rule him out – hopefully he’ll be back for round two in Spain.
Fantic posted the update below:
“Roan van de Moosdijk out for Argentina.
Unfortunately we have to miss Roan van de Moosdijk at the opening round of the world championship in Argentina this weekend.
Roan has picked up a knee injury in the pre season and after a final medical check we have decided to let his injury heal properly before he will be back in the MXGP races”.
