Chase Sexton found four seconds to close the gap to Jett Lawrence in Q2 but Lawrence found a second himself to be the only guy under two minutes as he heads to the gate on pole again – but the lap time battle to come out on top and Sexton’s determination to find Jett’s pace is fun to watch.
Hunter Lawrence laid down the speed in Q2 of the 250 class to go fastest over Justin Cooper who had a spectacular crash but seems to be okay, with Vialle going to the gate fourth and Deegan back in eighth.
Austin Forkner was 12th on his return to action after a long lay-off from his injury at the start of the supercross season with British championship rider Talviku on Forkner’s pace in 13th.
