Race One: Kiara Fontanesi got a great start and pulled away at the front of the pack but Courtney Duncan was on the charge – she made passes including Daniela Guillen and was right on Fontanesi on the final lap but the Italian held on to take an impressive win.
Daniela Guillen had to settle for third with Lotta van Drunen fourth. Shana van der Vlist rounded out the top five.
Race Two: Fontanesi got the start and never looked back as she dominated race two to take the overall win. Gullen finished second ahead of Duncan.
Lucy Barker had a great ride coming home in fourth after running second on the first lap – she is continuing to learn and get closer to the very front.
