Race One: Jago Geerts grabbed the holeshot and never looked back in the opening race taking a very dominant race win. Behind him it was Roan van de Moosdijk who was second early but then he crashed promoting Andrea Adamo into second. The Italian was the only one that could go with Geerts but then lost distance with around ten minutes to go. Simon Laengenfelder was in third but then started to fade with Husqvarna riders, Roan van de Moosdijk and Kay de Wolf passing him who then had their own battle. De Wolf made a move but a few corners later van de Moosdijk passed him back for an impressive third. Lucas Coenen and Thibault Benistant are struggling with stomach bugs so ended up seventh and eighth respectively.
Race Two: The second moto was much the same for Jago Geerts but this time he didn’t get a good start so had passes to make but he made them all on the opening lap on a freshly watered track. He never looked back and was perfect in Indonesia. Behind him, Adamo was riding well but then crashed and made another mistake going off the track but he regrouped and closed down the gap ahead of him to get back to an impressive third. Laengenfelder rode well and this time didn’t fade to finish second for third overall.
