It was a good Superfinal race at Manova in what was the final race of the International Italian Championship.
When the gate dropped it was Romain Febvre who got the holeshot from Jorge Prado but Nicholas Lapucci wasn’t messing about and made a move on Prado.
Lapucci pressured Febvre at the beginning of the race on his Fantic before Prado came back into the picture. Prado caught Febvre and just after making the move for the lead had a small tip over and looked to have winded himself.
With Prado out it left Febvre to take him a comfortable race win from Van Horebeek and Monticelli who came through the pack after a bad start.
In MX2, Lapucci held on for the win with Roan van de Moosdijk and Mattia Guadagnini.
