Race results: EMX125 RD8 – Reisulis wins Uddevalla

Race One: It was a very comfortable race win for MJC Yamaha rider, Janis Reisulis despite not getting the best of starts. The Latvian was fourth in the opening stages but managed to pass Valin for second before finding away around Werner to then pull away at the front. Valin passed Werner for second but didn’t ride with his usual flow. Dutch rookie, Gyan Doensen rode well for fourth on his WZ KTM.

Race Two: After over night rain, the conditions were completely different for moto two – a complete mudder. It was the Fantic riders looking great at the front with Max Werner pulling away at the front and looking superb but then got caught with a couple of laps to go but chaos happened on the final lap. Escandell (had previously jumped a waved yellow so was going to get a 10 spot penalty) was right on Werner’s back wheel and just when it looked like he was going to make a pass for the lead, he crashed! Then a couple of corners later, Werner’s bike blew up which allowed Reisulis to take the win. Valin ended up second overall with Hindersson taking third overall.
