Race One:Â Scott Smulders started outside the top five but made a number of quick passes to get himself right to the front. Nicolai Skovbjerg was outside the top ten but worked his way through the pack impressively. He did catch Smulders but didn’t have enough time to get close enough to make a pass.
Mads Fredsoe finished in third with Sebastian Leok strong for fourth.
Race Two:Â Smulders won the second race – so far it’s the perfect weekend for the Dutch talent and race two was more comfortable with a fifteen second win. Skovbjerg finished second with Valentin Kees having a strong ride for third.
Race Three:Â In the final race of the weekend, both Skovbjerg and Smulders had bad starts and had a lot of work to do. Smulders was ahead of Skovbjerg on the opening lap but made a mistake which let Skovbjerg past. The Danish talent was on a mission and came from outside the top twenty to pass everyone and win!
It was Mads Fredsoe who was at the front and riding well but had a crash and then Skovbjerg made a move with a couple of corners to go. Unreal.
