Despite it being his EMX250 debut, Cas Valk put in a blistering lap to grab pole for the first round of the year. Italians, Andrea Bonacorsi and Valerio Lata were second and third quickest.
In WMX, Van Drunen grabbed pole on her first WMX race on a 250cc.
