Just like it free practice, the Fantic machines were at the top of the timesheets in group one but this time it was Simone Mancini fastest over Noel Zanocz. Francesco Bellei put in a better time to go third fastest.
Home rider, Sandro Sols was fourth fastest with Max Ernecker rounding out the top five. Niccolo Mannini is finally back to EMX racing after an injury over winter and was sixth fastest on his return.
In the second group, Gyan Doensen put in a very fast lap time on his Racestore KTM with his team mate, Nicolò Alvisi second fastest. Cole McCullough was sixth fastest in the group.
