In EMX125 group 1, it was the impressive Gyan Doensen who set the pace – a second faster than anyone else. If he gets a good start he will hard to beat in the Riola sand.
Mano Faure from France and on his EMX125 MJC Yamaha debut put in a strong lap for second fastest ahead of Austrian’s Max Ernecker.
In group 2, Tomass Saicans once again went fastest just like in free practice. Cole McCullough was fast for second which gets him a great gate selection for the main races.
Salvador Perez from Spain was third fastest which is encouraging for him in the sand with the reigning EMX85 champion, Nicolò Alvisi fourth fastest in group 2. Josh Vail was fast putting in the seventh quickest time in his group.
