After some track grooming in between sessions, the times changed quickly with Justin Hill setting a very impressive lap time in the 450s to take pole from Justin Cooper and Ken Roczen! Hill admitting it was the perfect lap after mistakes hindered him in Q1.
Chase Sexton was fifth with Webb seventh and he got into it with Anderson in his last flying lap ending his hopes of improving his time.

Meanwhile, in the 250s, it was Cole Davies who turned heads again, including teammate, Deegans, by going 7 tenths quicker than his highly rated teammate then declaring: “Man, I’m going to be DANGEROUS tonight!”
The mind games are not exclusive to Deegan. This could get interesting in the Star Yamaha team truck.
