Everyone thought Jorge Prado was quickest in the 450cc Q1 session but there was a timing glitch so it was actually Justin Cooper who set the pace and his time held up after Q2 so he’s on pole.
Jett Lawrence was second fastest with Eli Tomac third and Hunter Lawrence fourth.
RJ Hampshire rounded out the top five with Jorge Prado seventh.
In the 250cc class, Haiden Deegan put in a hot lap in Q1 which held up after the second qualifying session. Hymas was second fastest on his HRC Honda.
Levi Kitchen was third fastest on his PC Kawasaki with Jo Shimoda fourth and Drew Adams rounding out the top five.
Jalek Swoll was sixth fastest in what is his first race back. Tom Vialle was ninth with Mikkel Haarup twenty-first.
