In the MX1 qualifying race, Mattia Guadagnini led on lap one and was able to pull away to dominate at the very front. Josh Gilbert was in second until a couple of laps to go when Jose Butron made a move on the British rider.
In MX2, Mikkel Haarup on his Triumph debut was leading on the opening lap and continued to stretch his lead at the front over Samuel Nilsson with Lucas Coenen getting a bad start.
Coenen was outside the top ten but made plenty of quick passes. By the time he got into second Haarup had to much of a gap to cut down in such a short sprint race. Elias Escandell rode well on his 250cc debut to finish ahead of Camden McLellan.
