It was a Slovenian 1-2 with Tim Gajser passing Jan Pancar to bring home the win but Pancar will be delighted to bring home second.
A lot of the heavy hitters got bad starts – it was fun watching them battle through a field in an open but very tricky track instead of just ruts everywhere!
Andrea Adamo had a quiet race to bring home third with Maxime Renaux fourth.
Romain Febvre rounded out the top five after he passed Lucas Coenen.
Jeffrey Herlings finished seventh after a bad start.
