Tom Vialle grabbed the holeshot with his team mate, Jeffrey Herlings right behind him – the Honda’s are strong out of the gate!
Herlings made a move to get into the lead on the first lap but the Vialle had a big crash, he was thankfully able to pick himself up and finish the race.
Kay de Wolf was riding really well in second but Lucas Coenen was on the move after passing Tim Gajser was right on de Wolf. On the last lap he made a pass but then de Wolf got him right back at the death! A Dutch 1-2 in very tough hard pack conditions.
Tim Gajser was fourth but lost two spots on the last lap to Maxime Renaux and Romain Febvre.
