It was a great battle right at the front of the pack. Maxime Renaux took the holeshot and was looking very strong at the front of the field.
Romain Febvre was in a hurry to catch him and passed Tim Gajser for second with the latter looking content to come home in third.
Febvre threw the kitchen sink at Renaux but the Factory Yamaha rider was able to read him like a book. Despite being under a lot of press Renaux was strong and brought home a superb win.
Jeremy Seewer was riding great on his Ducati and passed the impressive Kevin Horgmo to come home in fourth.
Glenn Coldenhoff ended up sixth ahead of Mattia Guadagnini – two Ducati’s in the top seven!
