Kay de Wolf quickly got himself to the lead of the MX2 qualifying race and was looking great the front on his Nestaan Husqvarna.
Simon Langenfelder didn’t waste much time to get into second and kept things relatively close at the front but de Wolf was very impressive.
Liam Everts and Andrea Adamo didn’t get the best of starts but Everts rode fantastic to get himself back to an impressive third.
Adamo got passed by Lucas Coenen who himself got a bad start for fourth before Mikkel Haarup also passed the reigning champion.
Marc-Antoine Rossi got a good start and was running third before fading back to seventh ahead of Sacha Coenen.
