It was Janis Reisulis who grabbed the holeshot and was looking great at the front of the pack on his Yamaha. The Latvian led for around fifteen minutes before Camden McLellan who made a move stick to bring home the qualifying race win.
Liam Everts was sitting comfortable in third before upping the anti towards the end. He caught Reisulis but couldn’t make a move stick.
Guillem Farres didn’t get the best of starts but rode smart to bring home fourth – he should win the title after race one tomorrow.
Sacha Coenen went too early out of the start and hit the gate so had to come from the back of the pack – he recovered to sixth behind Kay Karssemakers who is ending the season strong.
