Jett Lawrence set the pace in Q1 at A2 as he edged out Eli Tomac but the times are close. Malcolm Stewart put in a fast time for third with Chase Sexton fourth.
Jorge Prado had a crash and looked in serious pain – hopefully he is okay.
In the 250SX class it was Haiden Deegan who put in the fastest lap over Julien Beaumer. Michael Mosiman was third fastest over Jordon Smith. Anthony Bourdon was fifth fastest on his BarX Yamaha in the first group.
