MXGP champ Jorge Prado held off SX champ Chase Sexton to take a sensational heat win in only his second ever AMA supercross with SMX champ Jett Lawrence not on the top two rider’s pace then crashing twice to finish fifth!
Prado said: “I’m not a mud specialist! Second ever heat race, and already I win. I was a bit sketchy the first two lines. Making the jumps was so tough. A win in the heat race is so cool, I can’t believe this.”
