The WZ KTM Racing team have finally confirmed their rider line up for the 2024 season and the exclusive news we reported earlier this month is now confirmed – Haakon Fredriksen has signed a deal with the team to contest the MX2 World Championship in 2024.
Fredriksen will join up with the impressive Oriol Oliver who stays with the team after an impressive season, he’ll hope for even better results in 2024.
The team drafted in Ryan Alexanderson as a replacement rider this year to contest the EMX250 series and the Aussie will be staying around for the 2024 season too – it will be his first full season racing the competitive EMX250 championship.
Cato Nickel will make the move up from the 250cc to the 450cc to race the ADAC MX Masters.
