At the Swiss GP, team Switzerland confirmed there were five riders in for the running for this years MXoN team but they have finally made the final call.
The federation posted the following statement:
We are ready for the 2024 Motocross of Nations at Matterley Basin! Meet our powerhouse lineup:
MXGP: Jeremy Seewer
MX2: Arnaud Tonus
MX Open: Valentin Guillod
Let’s show them our support as they take on the best of the best!
“Yes, but I mean we still have three GP’s to go. That’s first. I’m looking forward to that. It’s been a long season for everybody but who’s going to show up there, you know, except the guys coming back from an injury. But I’m looking forward to it. This year, the spirit seems to be good in the Nations team of Switzerland. Yeah, me and Valentin are in but we will have to see on the third rider, let’s see. It’s good that they take some time because if you take a decision now, maybe it’s the wrong one. Yeah, I’m excited for that”, Jeremy Seewer told GateDrop.com.
“Yes. Jeremy and myself are going to be on the 450cc bikes, because we as a team don’t have a 250cc, so we can’t invest money to bring a 250cc there. Jeremy is the same, OK, they have more money, but I think we stay focused on 450cc, and we’re going to see who is going to be the third rider and the 250cc rider”, Valentin Guillod told GateDrop.com.
