Young British talent Arthur Moore is set for a new challenge in 2027 after agreeing a deal with J L Cox Motorsport for the upcoming season.
Moore has showed plenty of promise in the 125cc class and has already achieved a significant milestone by taking a race victory in the MXGB British 125cc Championship despite his young age.
Having previously raced TM machinery, Moore will now make the switch to J L Cox Motorsport to race a KTM as he looks to continue his development and build on what has already been a strong start to his career.
For 2027, the Brit will contest the full MXGB British 125cc Championship, while also making selected appearances in the EMX125 Championship. The move will give Moore valuable experience racing outside of the UK and, importantly, provide him with the opportunity to compete in the MXGP paddock.
With the EMX125 Championship widely regarded as an important stepping stone for young riders looking to progress through the European motocross ranks, the opportunity should provide Moore with plenty of valuable experience as he continues to develop.
J L Cox Motorsport are clearly excited about what Moore can bring to the team, with the outfit confirming their plans for the young rider.
“We’re really looking forward to working alongside Arthur Moore and supporting his progression throughout the year. Arthur will contest in the full MXGB British 125 Championship, alongside selected rounds of the EMX 125 Championship. We’re excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to get started. Welcome to the team, Arthur”, the team stated.
With a British championship campaign and selected EMX125 rounds on the schedule, 2027 promises to be an important season in Moore’s development and one that could see the young Brit take another step towards establishing himself on the European stage.
