In the opening race it was the fast starting John Adamson who took the holeshot and he was looking great in the early stages of the race. Josh Gilbert would then made a move but shortly after he had a bike issue which forced him out of the race.
Harri Kullas was never far away and after seeing Gilbert’s mechanical issues, he made a move on Adamson for the lead to pull away at the front. Tommy Searle ended up a solid second with Adamson an impressive third ahead of Shaun Simpson.
Martin Barr rode well on his Apico Husqvarna to finish fifth ahead of South African visitor, Tristan Purdon.
In the second race, Tommy Searle responded and took the race win to clinch the overall victory on his Crendon Fastrack Honda ahead of race one winner, Harri Kullas.
Josh Gilbert kept the pair honest after his first moto DNF to finish third ahead of Shaun Simpson.
