MRA Statement: Currently in the process of being restored

After Philip McCullough revealed that the MRA were having issues and no longer a company after May, the MRA have provided an update.

Kenny Gardner, the MRA Press Officer sent out the following update on the matter:

With respect to the unfortunate current situation with the MRA, we wish to alleviate all concerns and confirm that;

The Motor Cycle Racing Association (Ireland) Limited are currently in the process of being restored with Companies House. We hope to be able to update everybody with confirmation once restoration has taken place.

“In the meantime, we have been in contact with our insurers to advise them of the current situation. The insurance company have confirmed that all Insurance Policies provided to Motor Cycle Racing Association (Ireland) Limited remain in place. They have further assured us that any start permits or event permits issued are valid and there is no issue with regards to the covers that have been placed.”

We wish to apologise to our valued competitors, officials, clubs and all interested parties for any inconvenience and/or concerns raised and will issue further information when available and suitable.
