Cooper Webb was a last minute addition to team USA on the 250 but on Vital he talked about how he text Eli Tomac to convince him of his importance to the team.
Webb said: “Just want to let you know, I’m all in, I have spoke to Aaron, he is all in, if you make this happen, this is your team, we want you to be captain, you can steer the ship, we would love to have you. I really think we can go kick some ass.”
Tomac then replied, “Hey, I think we could too, just give me a day,” then a day later Eli stepped up for team USA and replied, “I’m in, let’s go kick some ass!”
Make no mistake, team USA are here to win, MXoN 2024 is going to be sensational!
“When I look back at all the races I have ever done, there is nothing that compares to MXoN, the energy, the pressure and the craziness of the event, there is nothing like it, I live for that shit, I am looking forward to it,” said a buzzing Webb.
