Mickael Pichon to race the 2022 Le Touquet

The 2021 Enduropale at Le Touquet was not able to take place because of the health crisis, Mickael Pichon and Clément Dumez have resumed training for the 2022 edition of this unique race in the world, with the sole aim of raising funds for two associations helping children.

This is the story of a meeting between an amateur rider and a pro with a big heart, who quickly accepted the challenge proposed by Clément Dumez, a fan of the enduropale that he has already finished several times. Winner of the event in 2010 and retired for a few years, Mickael will be the last one to start on January 30 alongside Clément, the objective being to raise funds via a fundraising campaign and the support of private partners.

Even though the event didn’t take place this year, Mickael and Clément nevertheless handed over, in the presence of Daniel Fasquelle, deputy mayor of Le Touquet, a check for €2500 to the association REVE which allows seriously ill children to realize one of their dreams. This time the ambitions are higher, and the kitty they will collect will be shared between REVE and the association EPEAM which helps autistic children.

Clément, who will wear the #1102, and Mickael, who will wear the #1101, have already started training again, and invite you to share their adventure via the Facebook page specially created for the occasion: https://www.facebook.com/ExtremOpaleChallenge
