Ken De Dycker to race a Fantic at Lommel

Ken de Dycker had previously told us that he hoped to race the EMX2T championship at Lommel if he was able to get his hands on a two-stroke. Not only has he got himself a bike but it’s a factory bike with the Maddii Factory Fantic Racing team giving the Belgian a bike for his home Grand Prix.

Despite not riding much before coming into the EMX open series at Oss, de Dycker still showed he had good speed but had a lot of arm pump which isn’t too much of a surprise. He’ll be hoping to have less arm pump this weekend due to more time on the bike heading into Lommel and be closer to the front of the pack.

“I just wanted to be at the race in Lommel to help a Belgian race. I wanted to go and as there’s a EMX2T round there, I called Marco Maddii to see if he maybe had a 250cc for me just to ride Lommel and he said yes! For the rest of the season, I won’t do anymore races for the moment”, De Dycker told
